It hadn’t been 24hours since I posted the review of knownhost that I encountered a problem with their service! Well the problem was the same as the one that had plagued my account a while back; their cpanel backup system went haywire and consumed all of the available disk space. Causing the scripts which use database to give internal server errors and cpanel getting non-responsive. However with in an hour of me submitting the ticket regarding this problem, the issue was resolved by their tech by temporarily raising the hard disk allocations.

I love their support but I really wish that this does not happen again. Will keep you all posted on their service…
