I agree that aftermarket option, at least in India, are cheap and inferior to OE parts. However in the case of Royal Enfield, there are some OE parts that can be interchanged within the models to alter the bike geometry and consequently alter bike handling for the better. However I do agree that all this take a bit of experience or it can lead to a geometry that can lead to very dangerous handling. Generally speaking, I agree, it is better left unaltered. 
Worst examples on the road are people who fit fat tyres on thin rims, most people don&#039;t even know how to read what all information is given on a tyre and what rim width is suited for what tyre width. For most people, rim size just means rim diameter (they totally overlook the rim width! In almost all cases the bike doesn&#039;t look any better, sometimes worse and handles and performs bad as well.</description>
