Ladakh and Zanskar travelogue completed
My Ladakh and Zanskar trip travelogue which I started writing on the 15th of this month is finally finished and you can read it on BCMTouring.
This was and still is the biggest trip I have undertaken and that too solo.
Here just a few of the statistics of trip:
Trip duration: 18 days
Kms clocked: 3,865kms
Petrol consumed: 91.36liters
Petrol cost: Rs. 4,570
Overall mileage: 42.3kmpl
Best mileage sections: Leh – Kargil (237kms) in 4.90 liters (48.3kmpl) and Kargil – Punjab (760kms) in a tankful i.e. around 49-50kmpl
Money spent on food, accommodation, STD, engine oils, bike repair, internet etc. = Rs. 5,818
Total expenditure = Rs. 10,388
