Karizma Fi photographs
Photographs of the about to be launched Karizma Fi are out and the new Karizma now comes with a full fairing, most likely in an attempt to take on the menace known as the Yamaha R15, which has in no doubt, eaten in to the sales of the Bajaj Pulsar Pulsar 220 and Hero Honda Karizma.
The two photographs attached below were captured by Mr. Gaurav Thakkar and show the new fully faired Karizma PGM-Fi in white color:
Of course this also means that my fears are coming true and the new Karizma would now be a more focused city tool than the highway cruiser it once was. The split grab rail would also make the job of mounting luggage and saddle bags tough on the new Karizma. Though if Hero Honda has tweaked the engine and hasn’t messed too much with the lovely gearing, ground clearance and riding dynamics, it would still be a potent touring machine and most likely my next motorcycle.
Of course if I ever end up buying the Karizma PGM-Fi, I would immediately take off its fairing (god I hate it!) and either put the older half fairing in place or get the round headlamp and also get the rear grab rail replaced with the older one.

The new karizma is not just a modification done by someone. Karizma has all those thing as Yogesh Sarkar said on July 9th, 2009 at 10:25 pm. everyone is sure that New karizma to be in showrooms definitely before diwaali and later this august. Friends, no one has the exact informations about new karizma. I personally think that the new karizma will have more power than pulsar220 & yamaha r15. Some sites have already given the engine specifications. I’ve called some auto sites to know about new karizma but they’re also unsure about correct engine spec. But it is sure that this one will be more powerful than p220 & yamaha r15. Karizma is ready to burn the road anytime in sept or october. Wait and be ready for wrooom…
