Not that performers were complaining, rather they really got into the mood…
And the huge crowd was testament to the fact that for once things were changing for good
Then the police intervened, well the cultural group wing of the Punjab Police and crowd was left with little choice but to greet them with applause…
Not wanting to be left behind, Rajasthani folk dancers decided to show their metal by standing on sword and balancing rim…
Now it was getting too much and we were left gasping for air, so all of us started looking for a place to sit, at this moment we hit a jackpot…
After relaxing for a while we decided to head back home…
Thus a great day came to an end and all of us came back happy and with loaded memory cards.
Information regarding Surajkund Craft Mela
Surajkund Craft mela takes place between 1st to 15th of February every year and the fair is being organized by the Haryana Tourism since 1981 in an effort to promote tourism and handicrafts.
Getting there
Surajkund lies in the Faridabad district on the Delhi - Agra national highway. Surajkund is 8 kms from South Delhi.
