It seems that all I am doing these days is working on the computer and eating, and the effect is showing. I have gained couple of inches in past couple of months.
Since Puneetâ€™s (my best friend) wedding is on Thursday, I am planning to loose these extra inches by then to at least look the way I looked couple months back and fit properly in my favorite shirt.
How do I plan to loose those extra inches?
Well for starters I have reduced my diet but not too significantly, I would also try to reduce my salt intake somewhat and start working out again. Since I have been pretty much sitting in front of the computer all day, the workout should show some immediate results.
Will post on Thursday on whether or not I have managed to loose those couple of inches.
