Surajkund Craft Fair 2009 starts this weekend

Surajkund Handicraft Fair/Mela will begin this weekend (1st February 2009, Sunday) and will be on till the 15th of February.

I have been regularly visiting Surajkund fair past couple of years (2007, 2008), as it is a photographer’s delight with performers from various states performing at the fair and myriad of handicraft and decorative items on sale. And I’ll be heading to the fair soon, to once again try and capture the beauty of the fair and performers.

Here are the GPS coordinates to the Surajkund Craft Mela, 28°29’17.90″N, 77°16’56.45″E. These can be used not only in GPS, but also can be used in Google Maps, Wikimapia, Yahoo Maps etc. to locate the fair ground.
