Tata Nano in Ladakh!!!

Here are a couple of photographs of a Tata Nano, which recently did Manali – Leh (Ladakh) – Khardung La – Srinagar – Delhi trip.

I am posting these here, as I often come across people, worriedly asking, whether or not their sedans or hatchbacks would be able to go to Ladakh.

Well the below photographs from Sanjay Madan and link to his ongoing travelogue should serve as enough of an encouragement to each and every sedan and hatchback owner, that they too can take their beloved car to Ladakh.

Most astonishing fact is, Baralacha La this year was only open for a few hours till today and this little Nano managed to cross the snow filled roads of that treacherous pass and not only made it to Ladakh in one piece, but also manage to conquer the snowy summit of Khardung La.
