Its been a while now, since I last posted on this blog, this is due to the fact that I have been rather busy, not only planning the North India Ride (60+ confirmations till now) but have also launched a brand new forum/community, for the photographers of India.
IndianPhotog has been on a the cards for quite a while now and even when I eventually decided to launch it, it managed to miss three deadlines (mostly due to my other commitments), before being rolled out. Though, now I feel it is off to a good start and in fact slightly faster/better start than the start I had with BCMTouring, which now with over 12,000+ members, is one of the leading travel communities in India.
I am hoping to do the same with IndianPhotog and create a place, where budding photographers like me, can not only get feedback on their progress, but also where they can talk to the pros and learn, whats its like to pursue our passion as a means for living as well!
Towards that goal, I would be interviewing professional and exceptional amateur photographers on a regular basis and first in series of those interviews was with Bobby Roy Chowdhury, who is a professional automobile photographer, working with DreamCarz magazine.
Apart from these interviews, one can also expect to see reviews of cameras, lenses, photography gear and tips on how to improve photography, on a regular basis on IndianPhotog.
So what are you waiting for? Check it out here, Indian Photography Forum, IndianPhotog.com.
