I had updated my blog to WordPress 3.2 yesterday and have fallen in love with the new interface.
That is not to say that I didn’t like the earlier interface, it’s just that with each update, WordPress just keeps getting better and WordPress 3.2 seems much better put together and easier navigate than the previous version and that just makes things simpler and faster. At the end of the day, this is what I want, so that I can concentrate on writing blog posts and other tasks, rather than waste time searching for options.
The only thing I do not like is the new font which is visible while composing posts, which may or may not look good on LCD, but looks absolutely terrible on my CRT monitor.
A big thumb up to the development team behind WordPress, which not only outdoes itself each time, but also manages to deliver a product which is much better put together than a lot of other paid solutions out there!

Hi Yogesh, I had the same thing with the post editor but found this article which works fine: http://www.ghacks.net/2011/07/05/how-to-change-the-wordpress-admin-interface-fonts/
Thanks Kev, will try this out.
Yogesh, Did you face any specific technical challenge or it was a smooth upgrade ? I always had issues after an upgrade from one version to next so now kind of scared of upgrading even though I want to ( as I’m not much into technical stuff now).
Arpit I did an automatic update and as far as I can tell, there were no issues. In case you are manually updating, just make sure you edit and upload the newer config file. Though that will cause a few issues, if you haven’t updated in a while.
Yes, the new WordPress 3.2 interface is simply awesome. WordPress is getting better and better 🙂
