It’s been a decade since that fateful day, 23rd February 2006, when I started my journey with the launch of YogeshSarkar.com. A blog which was initially supposed to be a medium to share my travel experience and later lead to the launch of BCMTouring.com, which to this day remains my baby and online family.
YogeshSarkar.com for me was the testing ground for a lot of things, including the travel forum which later metamorphosed into BCMTouring. And while I stopped posting my travelogues on YogeshSarkar.com long ago, because BCMTouring needed them more, it has always remained an online reflection of my thoughts.
There have been quiet moments of reflection when the blog had remained all but silent for long and it has also been a place where I have shared my deepest inner thoughts.
What I love most about YogeshSarkar.com is that it has connected me to some amazing people, who have at times restored my faith in humanity, just when I gave up on it entirely.
There is nothing more I can say except that without YogeshSarkar.com, I would not be who I am today and I hate to imagine myself any other way.
A big thanks to all those who have supported me, encouraged me and helped me grow as a person, I can’t thank you enough for all that you have done…
